Got the ban while playing with friends over a month ago, the reason of the ban is "AdminBan #38 gamehack", but most important that I never used any gamehacking tools in Arma3 or other online games in my Steam, I'm so upset about it, that I was banned after a few years of playing at Armajunkies

AdminBan #38 gamehack is a battle eye ban.
This is not from us. You are banned on all Arma3 servers using battle eye.

We cannot do anything.

That's strange, cuz I could play arma on other servers, but not administrated by yours, then should I try to say about my problem to arma3 support?

There are servers, which do not take the complete battle eye Ban list, we do.
We cannot change the situation. And battle eye will not give unbans.
