Update 2.0.4 B14: Teargas

Hello Junkies,

this update has some features and gameplay modifications:

  1. Crowd Control: Teargas
    1. You can buy Teargas grenades in the Gunstore.
    2. I used yellow smoke grenades, which will simulate the teargas
  2. Store Pricing Modifications
    1. Some Prices in the Stores have been changed. Reason: Teargas
  3. Store Item Modifications
    1. Fixed: a possible buy/sell exploit
    2. Removed Items – Heavy Vests
      1. The current configurations forced the players to play weapons with big caliber only. This influenced the whole gameplay and the variety of used weapons.
        Additionally: The modified stamina system terminated the BI intendet penalties for these items.I took my right as scripter and removed these items from the store.  The changes have been made without informing big clans or the Armajunkies itself.
  4. LMG / MG Weapon attachments
    1. It was possible to use long range sniper scopes on machine guns. The machine guns have been used as kind of anti material sniper weapon or as heavy armor penetrating sniper weapon. This is not the purpose for machine guns.
      If you attach a LPRS, SOS, Kahila, DMS or AMS scope to machine guns, it will added to your inventory. The script chosses the first usable container (Uniform, Vest, Backpack).I took my right as scripter and removed these items from the store.  The changes have been made without informing big clans or the Armajunkies itself.
  5. Some background features, which dont influence the gameplay
  6. Some performance enhancement features, to compensate the new features

Teargas / Crowd Control how it works:

  • A yellow smoke grenade or use any yellow smoke producing ammo
  • If the bullet reaches the speed 0, a 10 meter zone will be the effective zone for teargas effects
  • If a car drives through the zone: The player in the car will be forced to get out.
    • This feature could help you in situations, were someone tries to kill you with a car or tank

Hopefully you enjoy the changes, even if they are a little bit cheeky this time
