Thank you Atlassian!

Hello Junkies,

our internal infrastructure project is still in progress. Today we were able to solve the next big topic.

When you have limited human ressources, you need to plan carefully. It makes no sense that modders and admins are under unneeded pressure. But we want to delivery working states for your good ideas and helpfull bugreports. The solution is simple: Let the players take part and give them feedback.

Wie tried a lot of things in the past: Mantis, Redmine, Forum, direkt reporting and and and…. All these solutions gave us not the user experience we wanted to have. Or the usability to step forward, without concerning about forgotten or stateless feature requests and reported issues. The reason: They were not handy!

Together with Moros I decided to have a look on Atlassians Jira and Confluence.

We tested the solution and saw a huge portfolio of great tools, which could help us to sort the things and which are easy to use for all contributing actors. It’s useless when only the modders understand worktools. They are not alone.
In future we will be able to plan our steps better and easier.
You will be able to take part in our developement with tools which have a great look&feel.
We will be able to step through quality gates in developement and to give clear states for our ongoing projects, which will give you a better gaming experience.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Atlassian for this great gift and the opportunity to leverage Armajunkies to the next level in Mod developement.
Thank you very much!

Junkies: Stay tuned! We will show up with great solutions to take part in the mod developement process soon.

Regards
